Stayed here three nights in August 2023. No complaints. Good nonsense hotel. Minor flaws only, nothing you wouldn't expect from a 3-star hotel at such a low price. Limited parking only but more or less supervised. You can get a cup of coffee in the lobby. The terrace is free to use (unserviced). You can use it for a beer and a smoke in the evenings or go to the very nearby well-stocked 24-hour supermarket, buy your dinner there and eat it at the terrace. Just a small walk to the beach and main tourist boardwalk where you'll find an entrance to the funicular, many shops and bars/ eateries as well as attractions for kids. Rooms come with a minibar and the TV has many channels including CNN and BBC World.
Enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to any international traveler on a budget.
It's an old comunist era cheap hotel renovated.
The receptionist is nice and accomodating, rooms and facilities are clean.
House keeping do their job when you're at the beach, after 9AM, but if you feel down and stay in the room the noise of it might bother you, they have a vacuum cleaner that sounds like a jet engine 😅.
The hotel is also by the main road in Mamaia and the night traffic might be a bit loud and keep you up, or not.
Nice three star hotel very nearby the seaside of Mamaia, Constance.
The position is perfect, very close to restaurants, night clubs, beaches and markets.
The personnel is very courteous and professional, always ready to help and assist.
Overall it deserves a full 4 star review, and the fifth star will be a must if:
- rooms will be refurbished a bit, to give the hotel a more modern look (furniture is quite old)
- an elevator will be installed (staying at the third floor with babies and strollers could be demanding because of the absence of lifts)
- a restaurant service will be made available
Overall, a very nice place. Rooms are comfy even if the standard ones are a bit small).
Prices are very good, so the balance between quality and value is perfect.
very comfortable bed, nice room, unfortunately some problems with water in the shower (sometimes it didn't work / was just dripping if room below us was showering)
Horrendous smell in the bathroom, squeaky bed, yellow bed sheets, not even coffee for free nor breakfast, problematic parking, the guy who supposed to manage parking expecting a beer for finding you a parking space. On a positive note, one of the lady receptionist was very kind and helpful with dealing with the parking guy that doesn't speak english, but overall this hotel is a dump, avoid at all cost
Centrally located in Mamaia. Everything perfect. Outside sitting area very nice. Toilets clean and with running hit and cold water. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. Clean rooms. Very nice and cordial staff esp. Bianca and Claudia. Recommended.
We stayed for a few nights at hotel marié and it was a nice experience. It's clean and the staff was helpful. A minus was the fact that the hotel is near the main road so at night we could sleep with our window open because of the noise. …
Our room was clean and pretty big for a 3* hotel (maybe we were lucky). The hotel is located at approximately 50 m from the beach and it's also close to the Casino area -which is a very popular location, very crowded. ||The price that we paid was really reasonable but it was extra season (the first week of June).
